I chose this cafe to grab some caffeine on the go, because the black umbrellas on the patio had the brand 'Toby's Estate' on them. I thought I liked this brand, but today, I was disappointed, and I'm not sure if I like these beans. The coffee was bland and tasteless. The best part was the end of it. There was a lovely frothiness in the last mouthful. I gave a score of average for the coffee, because to say it was terrible would be an insult. It wasn't terrible. It was just nothing.
The staff were under pressure, and didn't make an effort to connect with the patrons. It's school holidays and very close to New Year's Eve.
